Safety Switch to Disable The Winch In/Out Rocker Switch on Can-Am Maverick X3

We have installed many winches over the years and we always modify how the in and out rocker switch works.  Many times we never installed them and just used the remote.  But in our Can-Am Maverick X3 XRS the switch made sense but we were not happy it was live anytime the motor was running.  If someone were to bump the switch many different things could happen.  NOTE: We do have kids as passengers (Some as old as 40) so sometimes they can touch everything.

Our solution was to put in an auxiliary switch to cut power from the winch toggle switch.  The winch in/out switch looks like it is on and working but will only move the winch when the AUX switch is in the on position.  This gives us safety from having a winch line dragging or anything we did not want to have happened by accident.
