The CRAFTSMAN V20 RP 4.5″ Paddle Switch Brushless Angle Grinder works well and has a solid output of power. We go through the power with each different battery and we would highly recommend that one uses a 2 or 3P battery pack with this tool. A small 2Ah battery pack only has 5 cells and they get very hot after a very short time in use. You can see how hot with our thermal imager later in the video.
This is a Paddle switch grinder and works well for short jobs. IMHO, no cordless grinder is good for long jobs unless you have a pile of freshly charged batteries with you. The Tool-free guard allows for easy adjustments and is very smooth. That is my favorite feature of this grinder. I really miss a brake on this tool.
