Maxxis Carnivore Sand and Hardpack Ride With Our Can-Am X3 XRS

Maxxis Carnivore UTV tires were designed for out west desert riding conditions, but they also work in the eastern states for hardpack and light sand area. They are not a dune tire, even when aired down because of the stiff 8-ply sidewall.

In this video, we show the hardpack road and sand performance on our Can-Am X3 XRS. The 30″ tires are the same size as stock but slightly more narrow. If we had it over again, we would have ordered the 32″ tire to gain some clearance.

Performance of this tire has been excellent and we have been pleasantly surprised at the Maxxis Carnivore in all situations.
