With the RIDGID Octane line dead, RIDGID’s best 18V impact driver is the RIDGID Brushless 1/4″ 3 Speed Impact Driver model R862311. The RIDGID 18V Brushless 3-Speed ¼ in. Impact Driver has 2,300 in-lbs. of torque, 3-speeds: (Low 0-900 RPM/ Medium 0-2,000 RPM/ High0-2,900 RPM), and 4,200 IPM. Impressive specs! It works well also, even if I did get this beast quite hot with very little work. The grease separation or oil leak is also odd!
